- The App is not a medical device, emergency service, or a guarantee of safety.
- Notifications and emails may be delayed or not delivered due to device settings, network conditions, or backend outages.
- In an emergency, contact local emergency services. The App does not replace emergency response.
3. Emergency contacts
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone you add as an emergency contact.
- You must enter contact email addresses accurately.
- If you enter an email incorrectly and a third party receives messages, you are responsible.
- Emergency contacts can unsubscribe from a specific app user using the “Unsubscribe” link in alert emails.
4. Prohibited use
- Adding someone as an emergency contact without their consent
- Unauthorized access, interference, or reverse engineering
- Any illegal or harmful activity
5. Disclaimer
We provide the App on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, including reliability of delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
